Ray daSilva began his career in the mobility services industry in 1978 as a moving consultant for military services with Alaska Orient Van Service, an agent of United Van Lines in Anchorage, Alaska. Over the years, he has held various positions in sales, management, and executive roles across multiple locations, including Anchorage, Honolulu, Singapore, London, Florida, and Washington, DC.

During his 23 years with Crown Worldwide Group, Ray served on the Executive Board, where he significantly contributed to the expansion of the company’s global network of offices. He played a pivotal role in developing Crown University, an innovative staff training and management development program.

Ray has always believed in the power of fostering connectivity and collaboration within the fragmented mobility services industry. This commitment led him to help create RedSky Mobility Solutions, a groundbreaking cloud-based international move management system. Currently, he serves as President of Mobility Exchange, LLC, where he develops and implements collaborative technology solutions for the mobility services sector in partnership with the IAM.
